Tuition Payment Options
Northminster collects tuition electronically using Brightwheel, a finance platform designed for early education programs.
You can also pay tuition by check with payments mailed to the school office, or placed in the blue box in the hall at the door. Please do not send payments in your child's school bag.
Please make your check payable to Northminster.
Placement Deposit
A $250 and first month tuition deposit is collected as acceptance of class placement and due before April 1. The deposit is applied to your tuition amount and can be partially refunded if the application is withdrawn before July 1. Deposit payments can be submitted via Brightwheel.
2026-2027 School Year
Tuition Payments, Placement Deposits, and Activity Fees can be paid via Brightwheel.
Additional Programming Fees
Application Fee
A nonrefundable $50 application fee is collected at the time you apply.
Lunch Bunch
We now have extended day options available for 3 and 4 year olds, please see the Programs tab.
Super Summer Adventures 2026
Enjoy summer fun with your favorite Northminster teachers! Offered for three weeks in June 2026 for $225/week.,Attend one, two, or all three weeks.
The Application Fee, Lunch Bunch, and Summer Camp can be paid for directly on our website.
Tuition Assistance
Program tuition is accepted on an annual or per semester basis. If tuition is a concern, we are eager to find a solution that will work for you.
